Purpose-driven organizations usually rely heavily on volunteers and those volunteers are focused on "doing good", but they may not have the business expertise to manage the organization to be effective, efficient and sustainable. We help these organizations by helping you develop a vision and strategic plan, document policies and procedures, and develop leadership skills. We can also assist with fundraising and sponsorship development.
